REGISTRATION 2020
In 2020 there will be a complete Amstel Gold Race weekend again, reserve 18 and 19 April already in your agenda. Registration for the Tourversion Amstel Gold Race 2020 will start in October. After the registration period a draw will be held and you will hear by email whether you have been granted a starting place.
The registration fee for all distances is € 50,- including € 6,- deposit, which will be returned to you after you hand in the wristband at the finish location.
FACILITIES
At the start location (Amstel Gold Race XP, Plenkertstraat 50, 6301 GM Valkenburg aan de Geul) you will receive your handlebars plate with a registration Chip, an itinerary and sports food and -drinks. Various service posts at the route with possibilities for technical repairs, toilets, fruits, sports food and -drinks and medical service.
Furthermore, technical assistance is available on the route by recognizable motorcyclists and technicians of Shimano. Bike repair shops are also listed on the itinerary which you will receive at the start location (these shops are on the route or within 1,5 km of the route). On behalf of the organisation motorcyclists of Stichting Motard Stein will be on the road to assist you. Directions of these motorcyclists need to be obeyed.
At the finish you will receive a souvenir of the Tourversion Amstel Gold Race. During your ride, pictures will be taken on several locations. You can also have your picture taken with the 'Amstel Gold Race misses' at the finish location. All of your personal pictures can be found on your personal page afterwards.
DISTANCES
This year there will be six different distances again, so everyone can join the battle on his own level over 65 km, 100 km, 125 km, 150 km, 200 km or 240 km.
ACCOMODATIONS
Around the (start of the) Amstel Gold Race there are several accomodations to stay a night. Here you will find soms accomodations. Be quick, because most accomodations are booked pretty fast.
Be aware! Camping is only allowed at official campsites!
